Isomaltitol (Isomaltitol) is also known as Palatinitol, commonly known as barbitol, Isomaltitol abroad, Isomaltitol, which is converted from sucrose by enzymatic method, catalyzed hydrogenation, and obtained through concentration, crystallization and separation. Hard Candy:

Because iso-maltol has low water absorption, the hard candy produced by stamping, filling, gluing or casting will not stick together and is not easy to cold flow. The products produced can be packaged in bulk without heat sealing and individually packed, which greatly reduces the cost and enables the products to have a longer price period.


Candy Coating:

Iso-maltol is also widely used in this field due to its low water absorption. 160-200 mesh powdered iso-maltol can extend the shelf life of the candy after being used on the candy coating, making the candy easier to package and thus reducing the production cost.


Gum and Tablet:

Iso-maltol has low solubility and is crystallized in chewing gum and tablets. It is very similar to sucrose in flavor characteristics, with mild sweetness and low negative solubility heat. It can fully display the flavor of candy, and its sweetness lasts longer than that of other products.
