A: We currently have five categories of packaging solutions, and we can customize packaging styles according to your different demands.

Q: How many types of products do you manufacture?
A: We have more than 1,000 product varieties at present. We boast outstanding ODM advantages: we can conduct contract manufacturing as long as you provide target samples or design drafts.
Q: Can we get samples? Are samples free of charge?
A: Samples are free, but the courier freight shall be borne by you. After price confirmation, you can request samples to inspect product quality, which will be shipped directly from our factory in China.
Q: When can I receive the quotation?
A: We will reply and send you a quotation within 24 hours upon receiving your inquiry. If you need the quotation urgently, please inform us and we will prioritize your request.
Q: How can we get a quotation?
A: Please provide complete product specifications for quotation, including materials, design, size, shape, color, order quantity, application scenarios and other detailed information.

A: You may contact any of our sales representatives to place an order and provide clear detailed requirements for fast quotation. As a direct manufacturer, we offer genuine prices, stable quality and strong cost competitiveness.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: After sample confirmation and finalization of order details and production plans, the lead time is about 45 days (including customs declaration and all export procedures).
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We support sea freight, air freight and international express delivery. Sea freight or express delivery are commonly adopted solutions.
Q: What logistics supporting services can you provide?
A: We offer one-stop logistics services including space booking, LCL consolidation, customs declaration, document preparation and bulk cargo delivery at ports.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Option 1: 30% deposit paid before production, the balance 70% settled before shipment.
Option 2: 50% deposit paid before production, the balance 50% settled before shipment.
We accept T/T, West Union and L/C at sight.

A: Yes, we can assist you in obtaining designated product test reports and factory audit reports.

A: Absolutely. We conduct daily sampling inspection for every batch, and 100% full quality control inspection before shipment.
Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
