The six system of the extruder is controlled by the frequency inverter, the brand of Delta from Taiwan, The motor we use the brand made in China, but if you are interested the motor which import from other country, it can ,but the price is different. 

A. This single screw extruder uses potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch etc. to produce first inflated and then frying chips.

   Flowchart:

   Mixing → extruding → cooling → drying → frying → flavoring

B. Uses flour, directly frying without drying to produce frying flour snacks, which taste quite crisp.

   Mixing → extruding → frying → flavoring

C. Uses flour, drying after extruding to produce pasta (macaroni).

   Mixing → extruding → cooling → drying

Together with the machine, there will be 4 sets of moulds, total 40 pieces for free, the shape such as screw, shell, round tube, square tube etc
